Kelly's surprise return sparks Sturgeon to tournament title

NEW FRANKLIN — It's not rare to find Spencer Kelly's name atop the scoring column after a Sturgeon basketball game, but it was unexpected in last night's 47-43 win over Tipton in the New Franklin Tournament final.
